Breathwork For Breakups is an 8-week guided program that combines breathwork with supportive, body-based tools and weekly integrations. Enrollment is offered in limited cohorts, with optional upgrades for more direct support.

8-Week Somatic Breathwork Journey

  • Breathwork practices: guided sessions designed to help you process emotions through breath and body awareness.
  • Weekly themes: structured topics that help you move from the initial rupture toward steadier grounding.
  • Integration prompts: journaling and reflection to help you stay connected to your progress.

Body-Based Support Tools

  • Nervous system tools: practical techniques you can use between sessions.
  • Somatic practices: options like tapping, gentle movement, and release-based tools (as taught in the program).
  • Ritual & reflection: guided practices that support closure, self-connection, and boundaries.

Community & Cohort Experience

  • Limited cohort spots: a guided container with a clear start and end date.
  • Shared momentum: a supportive environment for women moving through similar seasons.
  • Recorded sessions: when live calls are included, recordings are provided (where offered).

VIP Support (When Available)

  • Live calls: added touchpoints for guidance and integration.
  • Private community space: access to a support channel for weekly reflection (when included).
  • Extra structure: more direct accountability for staying consistent.
