Breathwork For Breakups is a guided, body-based experience designed to support you through heartbreak and emotional residue with breathwork and somatic practices—so you can feel what’s there, get grounded again, and reconnect with yourself.

This is for the woman who’s tired of overthinking, shutting down, or holding it together for everyone else— and is ready for a structured process that helps her come back to her body, her boundaries, and her next chapter.

  • Recorded sessions: when live calls are included, recordings are provided (where offered).
